How to Use This Book
There are various ways of using the book. It is suggested that those in charge of running the programme first consider how to best cover this in their particular school and make a timetable that fits in with their overall school improvement plan. They need to agree which term is most suitable for starting the programme (the autumn term would best) and set dates for the sessions that allow everyone sufficient time to do the work between the dates. This timetable should be agreed by the teachers and others in the school beforehand and everyone should have a copy.
