What about small, rural, or isolated communities? What about charter schools? Can a safe, simple, and supportive mentoring philosophy succeed in areas where there are limited resources or few schools, or where schools are geographically isolated? It is possible for small communities surrounding rural independent school districts and districts covering vast areas to combine their resources for the benefit of the new principals in the area.
