Resourcing Your Self
One of the greatest lessons I have learned is that of taking care of myself: that includes physically, emotionally and spiritually. I have recognised an increasing need for time for myself: aerobics, reading for pleasure, meals with friends, etc. all of which I need to plan for in order to make them happen.
