Offering potential answers

In the first two parts of this book, we presented questions that are raised by an advanced reflection on organizational evolution and strategic management, and we suggested possible answers coming from biological and organizational studies. In this last part of the book, we offer some additional answers that bypass the difficulties encountered so far. There are two chapters in this part of the book.

In Chapter 6, a theorization effort is conducted that builds on the findings from earlier chapters and avoids the acknowledged pitfalls. Based on a revised conception of the components of the VSR model, the Organizational Evolution and Strategy (OES) model is drawn.
