This chapter will look at some key social and emotional aspects of learning. The chapter will focus on
- the feelings people experience when learning
- the role and importance of social and emotional development on learning
- the impact of stress on learning and the learning environment.
Learning can be fun and in order for it to be effective it should be! Some learners however find the idea of learning in isolation quite traumatic and de-motivating and many learners need to be involved socially when they learn.
