Throughout this Mood Management Program, you have been introduced to various skills designed to help you better manage the negative feelings that have kept you stuck in an emotional traffic jam. As you now know, effectively managing these emotions depends on your ability to recognize the self-defeating thoughts generated by your emotional mind. This, in turn, allows you to get your wellness mind up and running through the use of the Mood Management skill called challenging.
