We introduce the models on direct personal/professional service (Chapter 3), cooperative/collaborative models (Chapter 4), and curricular and instructional initiatives (Chapter 5) by recommending that school faculties develop and adopt a “charter” that specifies how the faculty (principal and teachers) will govern itself.
