The background to the development of Let's Talk bears re-telling I think, as it's a set of circumstances that helps to make the case for the programme's effectiveness.

Several years ago I attended a training day hosted by the Child Bereavement Trust. The speaker was Atle Dyregrov from the Centre for Crisis Psychology in Norway. The content was principally Dyregrov talking, very engagingly, about his work with children and young people who had experienced trauma.
