Introduction
This chapter explains the Systemic Leadership approach in depth. We examine the philosophy that underpins Systemic Leadership and discuss how this philosophy translates into practice in getting leadership tasks done.
Chapters 1, 2 and 3 stressed that the fundamental tasks of leadership relate to mobilizing the organization around new realities and change. In Chapter 2 we discussed the systemic nature of new realities and the need for systems thinking to grasp their organizational impact.
