Some Concluding Remarks and Research Agenda
In the previous chapters we have presented our model for the analysis of the process of adoption, implementation, use and effects of information and communication technologies in organizations, and applied it to the application of said technologies in both the private and the public sector. In this final chapter we evaluate to what degree we think the model is helpful in analysing these processes and to what extent a number of our central premises remain valid, and present a research agenda that emerges from our analyses.
