Congratulations! You have committed to beginning the process of RTI implementation. You now probably have three important questions:

  • How and where do you start?
  • How will you know if you are proceeding in a manner supportive of successful implementation?
  • How do you know whether your efforts are successful?

This is the order in which many practitioners will ask these questions.
