What does Staff Development Leadership Look Like?
Staff development doesn't just happen. Although individuals have a responsibility for their own development, the school too needs to be learning centred and provide opportunities for all staff to continue their learning. Staff development therefore has to be led, co-ordinated and managed well to make a difference. What does strong staff development leadership look like?
