What—Culturally Proficient Facilitation
Any facilitator of a group aspiring to goals related to diversity and inclusion, equity, cultural competence and/or proficiency, or social justice has a responsibility to work in a manner consistent with those goals. Otherwise they risk contradicting and betraying the core values of the work. Therefore, the Cultural Proficiency Framework is useful for facilitator reflection and improvement of practice.
