There is scepticism regarding the role of values in business. Whenever we casually mentioned the word ‘values’ to anyone, these were a few of the common reactions.

Note that these were instantaneous responses at the casual mention of the term values. It was as if most people intuitively knew that the idea of values in business is not something that made any sense. It was as if it was a no-brainer.

But whenever we sought a response on the subject over a serious discussion, with time in hand, the response was something entirely different.
