Algebra II in the tenth grade was my last stop on the math train, and as a high school senior, I was an indifferent physics student. I freely admit that I went to what I considered to be a better place in my mind on many occasions during those math and science classes, and perhaps in other subjects as well. Such interaction as existed in my physics class came in the form of an occasional lab.
