A Checklist for Identifying and Selecting Intentional, Evidence-Based Interventions


Processes (including any necessary materials)

Target key topics or areas and compare them to goals (check for alignment).

Determine data to be collected before, during, and after the intervention (be intentional).

Refer to the list of SC evidence-based interventions (provided), cross-reference it with the key areas identified, consult research supporting intervention, and gain approval to implement (be targeted).

Fulfill program training requirements, purchase a manual or other supplemental materials, and deliver the program in the manner it was designed (tend to fidelity).
