Overview

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become increasingly attractive to job-seekers. Monetary incentives and the nature of the job notwithstanding, superior talent is also attracted by the company's reputation for being a good citizen. This chapter reports on the attractiveness of employers’ engagement with and commitment to CSR practices to job-seekers in India.
