This chapter looks at organizational practices which do not address specific behaviours but rather aim to develop a positive ethos in the school, making it a place where staff want to work, and pupils want to learn. It covers a range of possible ideas that may improve staff morale, pupil and teacher satisfaction and the sense of community within the school.
