The following lesson templates have been contributed by experienced practitioners from the field of ASDs who were asked to share lessons which they felt had been particularly successful, and identify the crucial elements of the lesson which had contributed to its effectiveness. The purpose of this exercise is to provide practitioners with concrete examples of the ways in which our knowledge of how children with autism learn has been applied to the real world of the classroom.
