What is a Team?
A great deal is said and written about teams, teamwork and team building. Some of it is useful to an ECEC setting and some is best left in the business world for which it was first devised. In most cases, the internal team in an ECEC setting is small. Sometimes there is a very small team of 2-4 people operating within a larger team, for example in a school nursery class.
