One of our greatest limitations to fostering creativity in organizations is this current crippled thinking about creativity. We are focused only on the parts of creativity, rather than the whole. We can greatly enhance our ability to improve organizational creativity when we think of it as the uniting of cognitive (thinking), affective (feeling), and intentional (willing) aspects that come together to be carried out in deeds (doing).
