Managing Your Classroom Like a Professional </em>will help teachers break out of traditional teaching methods and give students a chance to achieve higher levels of learning through project-based learning. It will also provide students with valuable 21st century skills that will prepare them for the global community they will be in where they will have to fight for jobs and compete with people from all over the world. It will provide a specific method for the delivery of this teaching by comparing and constrasting the classroom with managing an office of workers. The author is not attempting to turn schools into businesses, but this approach allows students to become empowered to learn for themselves rather than having the teacher be the delivery method of content.
