Introduction

The staff were now ready to make changes for the better. However, it was clear from the outset that nothing could change without the full support of other interested parties within the school – e.g. pupils, support and admin staff and of course the Governing Body. This provided the opportunity for staff to use the same virtual tour we used previously within their own classes.

Aim of Session
  • To gain ideas from other stakeholders in order to support our ideal of universal ownership and commitment within the school.
