Projects such as this are largely concerned with change. Even if we were to achieve all the agreed actions, within the planned time and without exceeding the budget, we would not have really succeeded unless the desired change happens. Perhaps even more importantly this change must then lead to positive benefits for the school. It is therefore vitally important to try and quantify the changes that result from your new vision to see if the benefits have indeed been realised.
