We began this book with the hypothesis that for a person to have a true impact in the world, to “become the change that one wishes to see in the world” would necessitate that the change has a way to ripple out into progressively more complex levels of organization. The change that occurred in a person would need to be able to manifest at the level of corporation, at the level of market, and at the level of system, in such a way that the nature of the change made in the person finds the pathways, or rather is able to influence the very fiber of the progressively more complex layers of organization.
