Establishing Schoolwide Improvement Goals
Identifying needs and goals is one of the most critical elements for the creation of a successful co-teaching program in a school. Step one? Do a Needs Assessment. A Needs Assessment is a
systematic process to acquire an accurate, thorough picture of the strengths and weaknesses of a school community that can be used in response to the academic needs of all students for improving student achievement and meeting challenging academic standards.
