To recap, to design and implement a variety of community partnerships that help to achieve a vision of excellence, schools need the components of success: (a) a high-functioning school, (b) a student-centered environment, (c) an effective partnership team, (d) principal leadership, and (e) external support, as described in Chapter 3.
