The following pages provide a variety of charts on which a pupil's progress towards an identified target can be recorded.

It is important to plan the programme in a way which ensures success, e.g. where there are a lot of steps, (the snake, page 65), the steps must be small enough for success to achieved within a short time span.

The last two charts, Staircase to Success and Overcoming Hurdles, allow for incremental targets to be written into the programme to build upon success over time.

The resources are freely copiable to the purchasers of the publication.
