If multidimensional leadership assessment (MLA) were only used for evaluating leaders, it would fall far short of its potential. Moreover, the time required for MLA would not be justified if this system only provided information to leaders and policymakers. The ultimate value in any information, and particularly in the information generated by MLA, is the application of that information to improve performance by both the leader and the entire organization.
