Developing Community Relationships
Partnerships with community agencies, institutions, and organizations give the school an increased sense of community identity. The more opportunities provided for parents and community members to be in the school, and the more opportunities for students to be involved in the community, the better.
Support the use of the school as the center for the community as a whole. Create opportunities for the community to communicate how they can support the school and how the school can support them. The mutual support and respect will pay long-term dividends to both the school and business community.
