Hubble, Grace Lillian Burke (1889–1981)

Grace Burke Hubble, wife of famed astronomer Edwin Powell Hubble, lived most of her life in California, traveled to Europe, vacationed in Colorado, loved nature, read rapaciously, enjoyed intellectual conversation, and entertained some of the world's most [Page 139]prominent scientists and Hollywood celebrities in her San Marino home.
