Influence and Position

As globalization and technological advances allow the nations of the world to become more interconnected, questions surrounding how the global community addresses transnational crime are becoming a pressing issue for policy makers. The influence of position and status within this international framework is perhaps one of the greatest challenges for the international community and victims of crimes that cross international borders.
