These expenditures can be in various sectors, including information and communication, agriculture, health, education, or national security. While in the private sector, technology expenditure is governed by organizational policies and financial health; in the public sector, technology expenditure is governed by the regulations set out in managing public money that regulate the overriding principles for dealing with resources used by public sector organizations of the country.
