Across the globe, men not only earn more for the same job position but also have more opportunities for wealth creation. A minority of nations have passed legislation not only establishing salary equity but also creating novel avenues for women to create wealth. These include banking and saving societies, credit services, entrepreneurial education, and continued professional training to encourage promotions and create higher earning potential.
