Radix

Radix is a body-centered holistic therapy that works with the body, mind, and emotions to achieve healing and to develop clients’ capacity to fully engage with life. Radix means “root” or “point of origin.” In the context of Radix therapy, the term refers to the fundamental energy or life force that moves, pulsates, and finds form within each individual. Radix therapists (through talking, movement, breath, touch, vision, and sound) work with a client’s life force to achieve healing and growth and to help clients realize their full potential.

Historical Context
