Israel is a small, contemporary country located at the center of three continents: Europe, Asia, and Africa. It retains prominence on the world stage due to its historical significance and association with modern conflict. The land is sacred for three major religions: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, with a significant number of holy sites scattered throughout the country.
