Globalization has become a fact of life in the modern world. While there are many detailed definitions of globalization, there is at least some general agreement that it includes increased connectivity between people in all parts of the world. The most obvious part of globalization has been the increases in economic connectivity among countries and their populations, including trade, foreign investment, financial and currency transactions, and exchanges of other types of services.
