UK National Stem Cell Network

The UK National Stem Cell Network (UKNSCN) was formed on April 18, 2007 to serve as a global interface for the scientific community, industry, and the public. One of the major objectives of the UKNSCN is to attract new investments in the stem cell research field and also to serve as a one-point contact to the world for the various stem cell research organizations in the United Kingdom.

The UKNSCN objectives can be categorized into two types: networking and influencing. The networking objectives are the organization of meetings between the investors and the scientific communities for collaboration on research in new areas, and to represent the research potential of scientific activity in the United Kingdom.
