Pluripotent stem cells are cells that have the ability to self-renew and differentiate into other cell types such as myocytes, lymphocytes, cardiomyocytes, keratinocytes, and cartilage. This is a great scientific and research tool that has numerous applications in the field of regenerative medicine, tissue engineering, and cell replacement therapy.
