Stem cells pertain to undifferentiated cells that exist in various stages of life, including the embryonic, fetal, and adult stages. Stem cells differentiate into various cell types, which constitute the building blocks of different tissues and organs. Because of their capacity to generate more cells and their high potential to undergo differentiation, stem cells are regarded as the next best option for the treatment of the reproductive problem of infertility.
