Jamu (Traditional Indonesian Medicine)

Traditional medicine refers to ancestral medical practices that have existed since before the development of modern medicine. These practices are still widely used by communities around the world to treat and prevent mental and physical disease. Traditional medicine is usually based on natural ingredients and is holistic and affordable. It is oftentimes the most accessible and best health care alternative for a majority of the world’s population.
