Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., established in 1901, is an international pharmaceutical company with its main office in Israel. Teva’s motto is “The Passion to Make a Difference—That’s Who We Are.” One of the goals of Teva, whose name means nature in Hebrew, has been to be among the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. Teva is the largest maker of generic drugs globally, and is also in the top 15 pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
