Digital Media and Learning

Digital media and learning (DML) refers to scholarship focused on understanding how digital media can spur novel ways of creating, communicating, and organizing knowledge in a variety of settings. DML research examines how student engagement with digital technologies influences various outcomes such as motivation, knowledge, and skill development, as well as how digital technologies can shape learning environments and civic and social institutions.
