American Forces Network

Headquartered in Maryland at Fort George G. Meade, the American Forces Network (AFN) is the broadcast service operated by the U.S. American Forces Radio and Television Service. The television network broadcasts major U.S. network television programming, music, and other forms of entertainment. It also transmits command information to U.S. military service members, government civilians, Department of Defense workers, U.S. naval ships at sea, and military families stationed around the world.
