Times, The and The Sunday Times

The Times is a British daily national newspaper published in London since 1785. Because it is one of the oldest and most influential newspapers, together with The Guardian and The Daily Telegraph, is described as one of Britain’s big three. In 1822, when The Sunday Times was launched, it had no relationship with The Times. Since the beginning of the 20th century, The Sunday Times has had higher circulation than The Times and is the largest selling British national quality Sunday newspaper.
