Sky UK is a telecommunications company that provides TV, broadband Internet services, and telephone services. Formerly known as BSkyB, it was formed from the merger of Sky Television and British Satellite Broadcasting (BSB) in 1990. Sky UK is a subsidiary of Sky, which also includes operations in several other countries in Europe. In 2018, telecommunications company Comcast purchased Sky.
