Reddit is a social news site, founded in 2005, that calls itself the front page of the Internet. Users can sign up for the site and create a user name, which allows them to submit their own posts, comment [Page 1469]on the posts of others, and vote the posts of others up or down. These votes of up or down determine the placement of those posts, with posts with the most up votes more prominently displayed at the top of the page.
