This may be through physical interactions with stimuli using sight, sound, or touch or through more abstract senses such as intuition in which the mind can mentally grasp thoughts and ideas. These interactions allow us as individuals to organize, identify, and interpret information; they help to create structure and give meaning to our environments and ourselves.
