Parenting

Parenting has been described as the process of promoting and supporting the physical, emotional, social, financial, and intellectual development of children from birth to adulthood. In particular, parenting involves the methods and techniques parents use in child-rearing and all the tasks that parents do on a day-to-day basis to help children grow and mature in healthy ways. Parents offer nurturance, comfort, protection, and guidance to children at various developmental tasks and life stages.
