Workplace Policies

The term workplace policies refers to a range of company-based interventions that clearly outline the company’s position on specific issues, setting out guidelines about how employees should comply with policies and what to expect if policies are violated. Workplace policies cover a wide array of organizational issues including those related to health and safety, pay and reward, maternity and parental leave, handling sensitive data, workplace demeanor, and dress codes.
